The hotel is one of the largest spa hotels in the city of Karlovy Vary and is situated near the city’s spa area, close to Karlovy Vary’s spa colonnade and the area’s natural hot healing springs. The hotel offers spa treatment alongside traditional hotel services and has an open air thermal swimming pool. The pool is built into a rock overlooking the city and is kept at a constant temperature of 30°C all year round. The hotel also offers various spa treatments, a fitness centre and sauna. In the centre of Karlovy Vary, the hotel is conveniently placed for exploring this beautiful spa city and enjoying all the relaxing spa treatments that the city is famous for.

You are welcome to use our 50 metre open-air thermal swimming pool which contains Karlovy Vary hot healing spring water, consisting of approximately a third of the total amount of the water. The entrance fee is EUR 3 per person per hour. You can also use all of the other facilities within the swimming pool area such as the fitness centre at EUR 4 per person per 90 minutes, the sauna including a swimming pool at EUR 6 per person per 2 hours or the solarium at EUR 1 per person per 5 minutes.
Disabled facilities: Please note that the hotel rooms are not suitable for wheelchairs.
A selection of Czech and international cuisine is available at the Restaurant Thermal. In the summer you can enjoy your meals outside on the restaurant's summer terrace. Our lobby bar is equipped with a large flat screen TV. In the Dance Club you can spend some evenings listening to live music or a DJ.
